Constructions
Until the establish of Management Plan, on the territory situated in the extarvillan of the communes from SCI North of Western Gorj, it is forbidden any construction.
Development of new buildings in scientific purpose, new buildings necessary to the administration and management of the site is allowed only with the Scientific Council’s notice of the SCI North of Western Gorj.
There are forbidden the activities from the SCI North of Western Gorj area or in its vicinity, which can generate a negative impact over wild spieces and natural habitats for which the site was declared.
The owners/ managers of objectives that are using the water sources in the territory’s SCI North of Western Gorj or in its vicinity are required to ensure flow of servitude under the legislation, so as not to directly or indirectly affect ecosystems and local communities.
Realizing of special works that affects large areas such as are: adduction of water, hydroelectric dams, highways, high voltage lines, gas pipelines, cable transport installations, ski slopes and others, will be done with the agreement of Scientific Council of the Administration, after an evaluating study of the environmental impact.
The Administration of North of Western Gorj has the wright to check the existing of notice construction as well as its enforcement and to announce the specialized institutions in the case that there if it is ascertained violations of its provisions.
