Salvamont Service
On the territory of the protected natural area North of Western Gorj is functioning the Salvamont Service of the Gorj county, which regulates the activity of mountain rescue, providing the presence in stable points, with patrols on tourist routes and by specialized interventions in case of injury to tourists.
Salvamont team members collaborates with the Administration in monitoring the actions of tourism, in the actions of maintenance’ tourist routes, in actions of temporary or permanent banning of access routes located in areas of integrated protection, protection areas hunting, areas heavily damaged by anthropogenic factor, etc.. appropriately marked.
The initializing and carrying out actions in order to make safe the tourism activity (avalances triggered voluntary, cutting of trees and shrubs in the vicinity of routes etc) will be obligatory approved by the Administration North of Western Gorj.
CCIRJ is an association constituted as a Romanian legal entity, private law and non-profit, operating in the chamber system, and governed by the Law no. 335/2007 of the Chambers of Commerce in Romania.
